WORKOUT DURATION

You can expect a variety of workouts between 45-70 minutes in length.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE

STRONG CLIMB Program currently offers one level. We have designed it to be split into 2 training phases, each lasting 4 weeks. Workouts will be repeated each week and each time you complete a workout the expectation should be to increase the intensity whether that is from reps, sets, or weights.

What Training experience is required?
To complete this Program, some knowledge of movements and gym experience is advised. However, with the regressions and swaps provided, this Program can easily be adapted to suit those who are new to training. It is also suitable for anyone looking to add gym workouts to their routine.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

A standard gym should provide all the equipment required to complete gym workouts. This Program CAN’T be completed adequately without gym equipment. If you don’t have access to any equipment see our REBUILD or JUMP START Programs to get started.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE APP FOR?

Enjoy 9 full weeks of app access. Alternatively, explore our Membership options for 12 months App Access.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE APP ACCESS?

Once you purchase the program you’ll receive app access right away after setting up your profile. Keep an eye out for an email from our team on how to get started in the Evoluer Plus App.

CAN I CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF TRAINING DAYS?

Yes! You will have the option to choose from a 4, 5 or 6-day training split each week.

CAN I STILL PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP?
