CLASS OVERVIEW

Release your inner athlete in a high-octane blend of authentic boxing combinations and metabolic conditioning. You’ll develop explosive power and cardiovascular grit through a mix of footwork, shadow boxing, and functional HIIT.

THE CLASS EXPERIENCE

1. The Build-up (Warm-up)

A fast-paced start involving jump ropes, shadow boxing, and dynamic movements like inchworms. We’re priming the shoulders and calves while steadily climbing toward a “fighting” heart rate.

 

2. The Combo (Technical Work)

The music ramps up as we move into 3-minute rounds. You’ll learn to stack punches (Jabs, Crosses, Hooks) with a focus on rotation and defensive “slips,” keeping the mind as engaged as the muscles.

3. The Grind (Conditioning)

This is the metabolic peak of the class. A relentless circuit of Med-Ball slams, sprawls, and swings designed to tax your aerobic capacity and build the endurance of a championship fighter.

4. The Bell (Cool-down)

A structured wind-down focusing on the “boxer’s muscles” shoulders, forearms, and calves. We’ll use static stretches to flush out lactic acid and bring your heart rate safely back to baseline.
