Born from a mission to build unstoppable momentum, the Evoluer Fitness class experience combines the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional movements, and personal coaching. We don’t believe in boring, aimless workouts; every session is designed around our core pillars to ensure real, noticeable changes in record time.

WHAT TO EXPECT

#1 WARM UP

Trainer-led movements and drills to get your heart pumping. You’ll begin each class with a solid warm-up and calisthenics to prepare your body for the rest of the workout.

#2 THE ROUNDS

Each of our classes consist of three-minute rounds where your trainer will lead you through a series of exercise with a variety of equipment. We’ll teach you how to execute each move throughout the rounds.

#3 ACTIVE REST

Active rest is the period of time in between each exercise. You can push yourself and your limits during this period or take a quick water break and jump right into the next round.

#4 FINISHER & COOL DOWN

Finish your class with an intense finisher, You grow the most when you give your body the opportunity to go all out. Empty the gas tank and push your limit. Trainers will lead you through a finisher session workout which will be immediately followed by a cool down routine to finish the class.
